Meet Our Staff

Mick Siems, Director

Mick Siems

Director | mdsiems@lrhc.org

Since the day we first opened, I’ve always considered Mill Street to be a building full of grandmas and grandpas. In fact, I’ve had four family members live here—my two grandmothers, a great aunt and a great uncle. I was hired by Mill Street back in 1995 to help develop our assisted living program and am a certified assisted living professional and a licensed MN nursing home administrator. Community service is important to me and I’m actively involved in the Fergus Falls Fish and Game Club, Pheasants Forever, Sertoma along with numerous health and wellness initiatives through Lake Region Healthcare. My wife Lori and our children, Derek, Ryan and Shelby, have called Fergus Falls home since 1992.

Jeani Trosvig, Activities and Community Relations CoordinatorJeani Trosvig

Activities and community relations coordinator | jktrosvig@lrhc.org

I consider myself to have the best job at Mill Street. I love being able to spend the majority of my time with our wonderful tenants. As Mill Street Residence’s activities and community relations coordinator, I plan the social and recreational needs of our tenants, organize outings and intergenerational activities with schoolchildren of all ages, and give tours to families and prospective tenants. My husband Tom and I are Fergus Falls natives and we live just outside of town with our three daughters, Madeline, Annie and Tessa. I’ve had the privilege of working at Mill Street Residence since 1996…oh, how the years have flown!

Brian Rismoen

Maintenance engineer | barismoen@lrhc.org

As Mill Street’s Maintenance Engineer, I am responsible for the maintenance and housekeeping functions of our building. I find each day full of new challenges that I like to meet head on. Thankfully, I work with a great group of individuals who, like myself, take pride in making sure that our apartments, common areas and grounds are kept clean and our plant operation is running smoothly. I live in Fergus Falls with my wife (Sue) and we have three grown daughters and eight awesome grandchildren. In my spare time I enjoy music, traveling and playing guitar.

Lisa Milbeck

Lisa Milbeck

Business office coordinator | lmmilbeck@lrhc.org

Being the business office coordinator means I am the hub of communication for tenants, families and all departments at Mill Street. I assist all by working behind the scenes in ways such as: helping to schedule appointments for tenants, processing work orders, signing tenants up for activities, helping with room and meal reservations. In addition, I also track all tenant charges to ensure their monthly billing statement is correct. This is a very rewarding career choice. My husband, Troy, our son, Eli, and I live in the Maplewood State Park area with our dog, cats and horses.

Kayla Sullivan

Dining coordinator | kjsullivan@lrhc.org

I am Kayla Kolle Sullivan and I am Mill Street’s Dining Services Coordinator. I’m originally from Fergus Falls and graduated from high school here. I traveled around and moved to various states before moving back to Fergus Falls in 2009. I am married to Sean Sullivan and we have three children; Alexandra, Kellie and Patrick. I have previously cooked at Mill Street Residence and the Veteran’s Home in Fergus Falls as well as running a private catering company. My Grandma Alice was a former Mill Street tenant, living here from 2001-2008. In my spare time I enjoy cooking, planning parties, gardening, traveling, and spending time with my family.
